Location : 2nd Floor, Pacific Towers, 2-B, Rd Number 45, SBH Officers Colony, Mega Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081
Shift Time : 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resource Coordinator to support our Business. This role involves coordinating candidate profiles, reviewing resumes for alignment with job descriptions, facilitating technical discussions, and ensuring smooth communication between sales teams, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and multitasking skills to manage the dynamic needs of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Profile Coordination:
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather, review, and prioritize candidate profiles for marketing.
• Ensure profiles are submitted to vendors or clients promptly and meet job requireme
Resume Review:
• Evaluate resumes to ensure they highlight candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications relevant to the job description.
• Provide feedback to the sales team or candidates to ensure profiles align with client expectations.
Technical Discussions:
• Coordinate and schedule technical discussions with candidates to assess their skill sets and readiness.
• Work with technical experts to gather and document feedback for the sales team.
Vendor/Client Coordination:
• Serve as a point of contact between the sales team, vendors, and clients for submissions and follow-ups.
• Address and resolve queries from clients, vendors, or internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, feedback, and job submission status.
• Generate periodic reports on candidate progress, vendor interactions, and team performance.
Process Improvement:
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance coordination efficiency and overall quality.
• Stay updated with recruitment industry trends and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Analytical mindset to assess resumes and feedback critically.
• Familiarity with IT technologies and current industry trends.
• Understanding of US work authorization categories (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year
