Take ownership and build on the project plan complete with risks and scenario plans.
Manage all tracking and reporting related to the project ensuring that stakeholders receive timely and accurate reports.
Manage large sets of resource data.
Track hiring for all roles and ensure Knowledge transfer is tracked for Permanent hires.
Keep up to date log of all joiners and leavers to ensure this is done in line with forecast.
Support Senior Business Manager in area for all activities relating to resources.
Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies and how these relate to optimum organisational design.
Strong data management skills with the ability to think clearly about how metadata should be structured to capture the right data necessary to tell the story of the project.
Organised and methodical approach to planning including having clear documentation.
Strong stakeholder management and communications
Positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
Experience in workforce planning.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a dynamic organisation.
Advanced ability to use Excel and PowerPoint.
Happy to pick-up extra slack and respond to time-sensitive ad-hoc asks without concern.
