We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Manager to join our team at Della Adventure & Resorts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest-handling abilities, be well-versed in sales and marketing strategies, and have a strong understanding of resort operations. The candidate must exhibit exceptional communication skills, professional grooming standards, and the ability to represent our brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Relations & Experience Management:
o Ensure top-notch guest/business clients handling and satisfaction.
o Address guest/business clients queries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
o Build strong relationships with high-profile clients and corporate guests.
2. Sales & Marketing Support:
o Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.
o Assist in identifying new opportunities to drive revenue and enhance the brand's image.
o Represent the Della Resort and Della Townships at marketing events, conferences, and networking platforms.
3. Public Relations & Brand Management:
o Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
o Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
o Manage press releases, social media interactions, and online presence.
4. Operational Coordination:
o Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
o Ensure all guest-facing staff uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional service.
o Support in creating memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and personalized service.Job Expectations:Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 7-9 years in Public Relations, Sales, or Resort Operations.
• Age Limit: 32 - 45 years.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Skills:

o Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong sales acumen and marketing knowledge.
o Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
