We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Resort Sales and Central Reservations Executive to join our team in Wayanad. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving resort sales, engaging with travel agents, and managing centralized reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell our listed resorts to potential clients in the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and other key stakeholders in the travel and tourism industry.
• Provide detailed information about our properties to existing and potential clients to drive bookings.
• Act as the central reservations coordinator, handling inquiries, processing bookings, and managing guest relations efficiently.
• Analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities for increasing resort occupancy.
• Ensure prompt communication and follow-up with clients to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or reservations within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Wayanad tourism market is preferred.
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and reservation software.
• A personal laptop for work is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
