Job Description

The IT Service Continuity (ITSC) Manager develops, implements, and maintains ITSC governance, processes and providing thought leadership across the organization. This includes ensuring that all IT services have a plan in place to recover in the event of a disaster or other disruption. The role also involves coordinating IT disaster recovery tests, working with partners, and driving continuous improvement of the ITSC function. The candidate must be delivery focused, and motivated by achievements.

Responsibilities & requirements

• Support the development and implementation of Service Continuity plans and processes.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify gaps in the Service Continuity program.
• Plan and lead tests and ensure that all partners are involved.
• Govern ITSC program and group testing
• Support & training

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years of management & governance of ITSC.
• Business Continuity
• Experience in planning and leading large tests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of relevant regulations and standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent experience desired
• ITIL certification.
• Experience with other IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ISO/IEC 20000, 27005 and COBIT.
• Cloud foundation
