  • Assisting and managing Residential transactions
  • Managing clients and transactions end to end, from site visits, shortlisting, negotiations, and paperwork closure.
  • Managing buy & sell company mandates leading to successful closures.
  • Pitch for adding more exclusive sale mandates and execution.
  • Manage and grow HNI Real estate portfolio management
  • Focus on lead generation & industry networking.
  • Manages and supports Residential Real Estate involving tracking sale information, property values, new and upcoming launches, and real estate assignments.
  • Works closely with all business lines of Colliers like OS, Retail, Industrial, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure maximum collaboration.
  • Closely tracks all Residential transaction activity in the city
  • Ability to create and drive referral networks in the city
Qualifications
  • Proven sales track record of 8-10 Yrs in Real Estate/Hospitality/Financial Services.
  • Ability to lead a team of real estate agents with at least 4 years of team management experience
  • Ability to drive developer relationships.
  • Ability to drive corporate collaborations for selling/leasing residential properties
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to train and drive the team to deliver best value to clients.
  • Ability to effectively plan and deliver sales projections.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant micro markets.
  • Ability to interact and connect with HNI clients and have a consultative solution-oriented approach.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
