• Proven sales track record of 12-15 Yrs in Real Estate/Hospitality/Financial Services.
• P&L responsibility for the City/region
• Business forecasting and scaling up the Residential transactions service line in the City/region.
• Managing a team of Team Leads and agents in the region to deliver business objectives.
• Actively build and drive developer relationships in the city.
• Build and manage lead generation networks like corporate and wealth tie-up\'s.
• Managing buy & sell company mandates leading to successful closures.
• Pitch for adding more exclusive sale mandates and drive execution.
• Launch and drive the HNI Real estate portfolio management service in the city
• Work closely with all business lines of Colliers like OS, Retail, Industrial, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure maximum collaboration.
• Closely tracks all Residential transaction activity in the city.
• Effectively conduct training programmes in the city and enhance client and brand satisfaction levels.
