We are hiring for Residential Sales Consultant Mumbai (Bhandup) Industry : Relocations Salary 6 to 8 Lakhs PA Brief Role: Direct in-home sales consultation, call clients beforehand for household survey appointments, adhere to appointment timelines, conduct household goods surveys for relocation at customers\xe2\x80\x99 home, accurately prepare survey inventory, prepare proposal, quotation, RFP, update survey details in systems, conduct negotiations and book the final deal. Use effective and constructive consultative selling techniques, share survey reports with move coordinators & operations team. Achieve Sales Conversion Targets (booking ratio, revenue, gross margin etc.) Invoicing & collection must be in advance for private relocations customers. Experience \xe2\x80\x93 4-6 years in on-field direct consultative selling complete solutions, or comprehensive services portfolio, preferably from complimentary service industries. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 600,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
