Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated

Residential Mentor

to guide and support students within our campus. The mentor will be responsible for student management, academic coordination, and ensuring a structured and organized learning environment. This is a residential role, requiring the candidate to stay in the school hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Management & Documentation:

Maintain and update student records, academic progress reports, and essential documents. Assist students with administrative and academic requirements.

Class Coordination & Student Supervision:

Ensure smooth scheduling and management of classes. Monitor student attendance, discipline, and overall well-being. Provide mentorship and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.

Faculty Coordination & Academic Support:

Coordinate with faculty members regarding syllabus coverage, class schedules, and student performance. Assist in organizing academic programs, assignments, and study schedules.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Must have a

Science background (minimum Plus Two Science)

. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage students and create a disciplined yet friendly atmosphere. Experience in student mentoring, hostel management, or academic coordination is a plus.

Pay: ?8,914.19 - ?160,000.00 per month
