: Residential Female Teacher Organization: Mukti Sikha Ashram Location: Rajarhat Jagadishpur Job Type: Full-Time, Residential About Mukti Sikha Ashram: Mukti Sikha is a non-political, non-profit organization founded in 2017 by Soumen Chattopadhyay. The organization is dedicated to empowering women and girls by providing a holistic education that includes academic, moral, and physical development. Mukti Sikha offers residential education for young girls, combining traditional academics with various skills and cultural teachings. Job Summary: Mukti Sikha Ashram is seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive education and guidance to our resident students. This role includes not only academic instruction but also physical, moral, and cultural education, ensuring the overall development of the students. Key Responsibilities: o Deliver academic instruction in assigned subjects, ensuring a high standard of education. o Provide physical education and training, including karate and other physical activities. o Teach computer skills and various cultural subjects. o Foster a supportive and nurturing residential environment for students. o Assist in the holistic development of students, focusing on moral and character education. o Conduct evening classes and spend quality time with students to enhance their learning experience. - Participate in and support extracurricular activities, including handicrafts and cake-making classes. o Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a conducive learning environment. o Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them become self-reliant and rational individuals. Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). o Prior experience in teaching and/or residential educational settings. o Strong commitment to the holistic development of students. o Ability to teach a variety of subjects, including academic, physical, and cultural education. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Compassionate and nurturing attitude towards students. o Willingness to live on-site and fully engage in the residential community.
