Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care : Provide comprehensive medical care to inpatients, including regular assessments, treatment plans, and monitoring progress. Your compassionate care will be crucial to ensuring our patients receive the highest level of attention.
• Emergency Medical Care : Be the first responder to medical emergencies, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Your expertise will help manage critical situations and make life-saving decisions.
• Collaboration : Work closely with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for our patients. Your teamwork and input will directly contribute to providing holistic care.
• Leadership : Supervise and guide junior doctors and medical interns. Help them grow and develop their clinical skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers in medicine.
• Patient Admissions & Discharges : Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring all medical documentation is up to date and accurate.
• Supportive Environment : Contribute to a compassionate environment by treating patients and families with kindness and empathy. Your role will be vital in helping create a healing atmosphere.
• Professional Development : Engage in continuous learning and attend medical audits and meetings. Stay updated on the latest advancements in healthcare and contribute to your personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Education : MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized medical college.
• Experience : At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred. We welcome applications from fresh graduates who are passionate and eager to learn.
• License : Registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
• Skills :
• Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate and adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in emergency care, critical care, or any specialty is a plus.
• A genuine passion for providing patient-centered care and continuous learning.
