Role Description
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will work under the guidance of senior naturopathic practitioners, providing comprehensive natural healthcare services. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and advising patients using naturopathic principles and therapies.
Key Responsibilities :
• Patient Consultation and Diagnosis : Conduct detailed patient consultations to understand their health issues, medical history, and lifestyle. Perform physical examinations and order necessary diagnostic tests. Health assessment of patient and prepare treatment & diet plan . IPD & OPD experience.
• Treatment Planning : Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include dietary recommendations, herbal medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and other naturopathic treatments.
• Patient Education : Educate patients on healthy living practices, preventive healthcare, and the benefits of natural therapies. Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Administer various naturopathic treatments and therapies , ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. And Skills Acupuncture and Physiotherapy, Meditation and pranayama's, Yogic counselling .
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records , including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals and wellness experts at the center to provide integrated care. Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in naturopathy and holistic health. Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences as required.
• Community Outreach: Participate in wellness programs, workshops, and seminars organized by Rishibhumi Wellness Center to promote naturopathic health in the community.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS/MNYS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice naturopathy.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of naturopathic principles and therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to healthcare.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
