Record & maintain patient information/ medical histories. Need to do daily OPD with a Senior Doctor. Need to assist a senior doctor in primary consultation and assessment. Assist in prescribing medications & providing OPD, IPD care to the couple. Do clinical examination of the couple, analyze records, reports and test results. To maintain accurate & clear medical records. To Assist Doctor during sonography of patient & explain prescription to patients as prescribed by Consultant Doctor. To maintain IPD records and to prepare IPD papers of admitted patients. Admission and discharge summaries.
