We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our medical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care and support to our patients. This position is ideal for a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented medical professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients in various departments.
• Conduct patient examinations, take medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in consultation with other healthcare professionals.
• Perform medical procedures as required.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide acute care.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in medical rounds and case discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest medical research and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license.
• Completed residency training
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
