Position: Female Companion & Caregiver for Old Lady

Type: Full-Time (Require to Stay at our Home only )

Location: Race Course, Dehra Dun 248001 Uttarakhand

About the Role:

We are seeking a single healthy talented compassionate devoted lady between 40-50 years as a companion & care giver for our mother, aged 74 years. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our mother by engaging her in various mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual activities during the day time as well as assisting her in day-to-day activities, while sleeping at night in her room only. This position is crucial in providing companionship and ensuring the overall quality of life for our mother as well as a clean & safe living environment.

Responsibilities:

• Companionship: Provide consistent, caring companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Mental Stimulation: Organize and participate in activities that stimulate cognitive functions, such as puzzles, reading, and memory games.
• Physical Activities: Encourage and assist with light exercises, yoga, pranayama, and mobility activities suitable for the senior's health and abilities.
• Emotional Support: Offer emotional support, creating a warm and positive environment to ensure the senior feels valued and cared for.
• Spiritual Activities: Facilitate and participate in spiritual practices and activities that are meaningful to the senior, such as meditation, prayer, religious services.
• Daily Assistance: Assist with daily routines, such as meals, medication, bathing, dressing, personal chores, etc. and managing her belongings, clothes, etc. .

Qualifications:

• Educated, with a strong understanding of elderly care principles.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Healthy, hygienic & positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage in and organize a variety of activities that cater to mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
