Job Description
:
A Resident Doctor provides medical care to patients under the supervision of senior doctors and specialists. They are responsible for patient assessments, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and providing primary patient care. The role involves monitoring patient progress, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of patient care. Resident Doctors participate in medical rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and are committed to continuous learning and professional development. This position requires clinical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage patients under supervision
• Develop and monitor treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Document patient care thoroughly
• Participate in medical rounds and team meetings
• Engage in training and educational activities
Requirements:
• Medical degree (BHMS, BMS, MBBS or relevant Medical related)
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Open to travel in Bihar (Camps)
• Communication
• Female Candidates are preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
