Project: Mace is providing PMC Services for a station redevelopment project in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include: Being responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of both interior and exterior spaces. Being the primary point of contact for all design and construction-related activities, and you will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all design solutions meet the client\'s needs and are within budget and schedule requirements. Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and contractors to develop comprehensive design solutions. Overseeing the construction process to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the design and specifications and that quality standards are met. Managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers, ensuring that they develop their skills and knowledge. Reviewing and approving design documents, specifications, and construction drawings. Monitoring construction progress and providing regular updates to the client, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise. Coordinating with local authorities and ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. About you You have a degree qualification in Architecture and be a member of a professional body. You have experience as an Architect with similar project experience. You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
