The candidate is required to drive the project from site with focus on safety, quality, schedule and cost associated with the project.2. One of the key responsibilities of a candidate willing to become RCM is to develop site safety culture during the execution of the project.3. The candidate should be able to strategize the entire construction planning, provide guidance to the assigned personnel, for effectively executing the project smoothly.4. He will be primarily responsible for planning and co-ordination of various construction field execution activities with electrical discipline.5. Position requires development of all technical documentation required to execute construction field installation activities to include installation work instructions, applicable permits.6. Calculating correct estimation of monthly certification of measurements7. The candidate must be well-versed with handling different types of electrical equipments like transformers, sub-station, HT & LT panels, main control panel.8. Develop and Implement policies and procedure with emphasis on internal controls.9. Special projects as required. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:-\xef\x82\xb7 B.E or B.Tech (Engineering Degree with respect to electrical engineering is MANDATORY.)\xef\x82\xb7 Diploma with respect to electrical engineering can be considered.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of 10 - 15 years in case of B.E or B.tech degree.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of 15 - 25 years in case of Diploma in electrical engineering\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent Communication skills required.\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in handling on - site projects and handling various assignment together.\xef\x82\xb7 Working in collaboration with the RCM to ensure proper implementation of plans and to execute the project effectively.\xef\x82\xb7 Must have previously worked in construction sites with respect to oil n gas or petrochemical industry. ...
