Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Ahmedabad. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for booking airfare and other travel arrangements for clients. The agent will also ensure that reservations are accurate, provide excellent customer service, and resolve any issues that arise. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Experience in reservations and customer service Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry Proven sales skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field Experience with Global Distribution System (GDS) is a plus
