Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive at Akbar Travels of India Pvt Ltd in Vishakhapatnam. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales through effective communication.
Qualifications
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Reservations management skills
• Sales expertise
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency Galileo, Amadeus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
