Job Description

Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Resrvation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel planning and coordination, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle reservations and confirmations for travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all travel arrangements and changes
• Coordinatewith domestic and international clients.
• Ensure accomodation arrangements to client as per the needs
• Address any booking or accomodation related issues or emergencies that may arise during the stay.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Maintain accurate documentation of the customer

Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in travel or Reservation coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
