Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations & Customer Engagement Specialist to join our travel agency team. The successful candidate will manage reservations, provide exceptional customer service, and promote agency products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservations, Customer Engagement, Admin Tasks etc.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in travel industry reservations or customer service.
2. Strong knowledge of travel industry software (e.g. Galileo).
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
5. High school diploma or equivalent; travel industry certification (e.g., ARC, IATA) preferred.
