What you will be doing:
• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
• Oversee the booking process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead a team of reservation agents, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Train new reservation agents and provide ongoing training to the team.
Qualifications Your experience and skills include:
• Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage reservations, schedules, and inventory effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, guests, and other departments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
