The signature Indian restaurant serves cuisine fit for royalty, while the rooftop bar offers up stunning views of the city along with exotic cocktails.With magnificent standalone events facilities, the hotel will also host some of the city\xe2\x80\x99s grandest weddings, with a ballroom, banquet room, pavilion and banquet lawn that can host thousands of guests for multi-day celebrations.What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
- Oversee the booking process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead a team of reservation agents, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Train new reservation agents and provide ongoing training to the team.
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
- Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage reservations, schedules, and inventory effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, guests, and other departments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
