• Inputting bookings : Ensuring booking information is entered correctly into the system
• Updating room availability : Maintaining and updating room vacancies on online booking platforms
• Providing information : Keeping up to date on hotel rates, packages, and benefits
• Processing transactions : Processing room charges, cancellations, and modifications
• Providing customer service : Ensuring guests receive personalized and memorable experiences
• Coordinating with vendors : Working with vendors on special rates or requests from customers
• Researching market trends : Conducting research on market trends to improve productivity and innovation
• Mentoring junior team members : Mentoring junior team members and coordinating between the customer support department and vendors
• Creating records : Creating and maintaining reservation records
