Job Description

A •Sales Executive• with a minimum of •1 year of experience• and strong communication skill and proficiency in MS-Office

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying potential customers and generating new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.

2. Sales Presentations: Presenting product/service offerings to prospective clients, demonstrating the value proposition, and addressing customer needs.

3. Sales Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals and meet sales targets.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

5. Sales Reporting: Tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to management.

6. Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

7. Collaboration with Other Teams: Working closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Persuasion and negotiation abilities

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated

- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions

- Time management and organizational skills

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role

- Familiarity with sales techniques, prospecting, and closing strategies

- A basic understanding of the industry and market you are selling in is a plus

- A bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing
