Key Responsibilities
• Reservation Management : Process room bookings, modifications and cancellations.
• Customer Service : Respond to inquiries, provide room options and resolve customer concerns.
• Rate Management : Apply pricing strategies and promote special offers.
• Communication : Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping and other departments.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate reservation records and reports.
