We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Reservation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and handling administrative tasks related to bookings and travel documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make reservations for flights, accommodation, transportation, and other travel-related services using internal systems or directly through suppliers.
2. Provide a high standard of customer service by responding and following up with clear and prompt communication of inquiries and updates.
3. Keep up to date with promotions, discounts, and special offers from airlines, hotels, and tour operators to offer clients cost-effective travel options
4. Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, issuing tickets, preparing travel documents, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Provide regular updates and reports on customer requests and actions taken on reservations, complaint resolutions, etc.
6. Clearly communicate company policies regarding ticket issuance, payments, complaint resolutions, flight cancellations, and refunds prior to bookings.
7. Collect payment from clients for bookings promptly, ensuring follow-up actions are taken for outstanding amounts.
8. Maintain and update a clear database of customers in the CRM system and follow up promptly to provide seamless services.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in ticketing, travel services, or customer service roles
Skills: Strong understanding of travel industry processes, including ticketing, reservations, and travel documentation.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
