• Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate recording of guest details, preferences, and booking information in the property management system (PMS).
• Maximize revenue opportunities by suggesting upgrades, packages, and special promotions.
• Manage group reservations, ensuring proper communication with all relevant departments.
• Update and maintain property listings across OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.
• Monitor and ensure rate parity across all platforms in alignment with the hotel's pricing strategy.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and reviews on OTA platforms, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
• Analyze OTA performance metrics (e.g., ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR) and provide actionable insights.
