Profile Introduction:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage reservations, provide excellent service to guests, and ensure the efficient operation of the reservation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Provide information about hotel services, rates, and availability to prospective guests.
• Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
• Update and maintain the reservation system, ensuring accuracy of guest information and bookings.
• Communicate with guests regarding their bookings, special requests, and any changes.
• Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Assist in resolving any booking-related issues or guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
• Prepare and analyze reservation reports and provide feedback to management as needed.
Profile Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using reservation and hotel management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
