• Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and inquiries.
• Ensure accurate input of reservation details into the system.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote upselling opportunities (room upgrades, services, packages).
