Job Responsibilities i. Act as a \'One Point Contact\' for the FTO, Agents and constantly interact with them in order to solicit business. ii. Monitor daily performance and manage revenue through revenue and yield management techniques. iii. To maintain relationship with the competition hotels in terms of new accounts and rates. iv. Ensure that all the operational standards set for all the processes are followed. v. Maintain regular contacts with corporate and individual guests, and building strong professional relationship with them. vi. Forecast business on a weekly basis. vii. Managing room inventory. viii.Soliciting filler business from the local travel agents when occupancies are low. ix. Prepare reports on Occupancy, Average rates, Reservations etc. x. Should be able to manage FIT & Group reservations xi. Abide with all Safety, Health & environment policies of the company. xii. Any other job assigned by Director of Sales or any other authorized person. Job Requirements Knowledge/Skills: Good communication skills. Education: Graduate Experience: At least2-3 year experience in the related field.
