Job Responsibilities:
1.Customer Service:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers in selecting suitable accommodations based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Provide information regarding hotel amenities, room availability, rates, and special offers.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive experience.
Booking Management:
• Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software systems.
• Coordinate with hotels to secure room availability and negotiate rates when necessary.
• Manage changes or cancellations to existing bookings, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected in the system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm reservations, provide booking details, and gather any additional required information.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions.
• Generate reports on booking trends, occupancy rates, and revenue metrics.
• Prepare documentation such as confirmation emails, invoices, and vouchers for customers and internal use.
