• Assist guests in making reservations, booking rooms, and arranging special requests or accommodations.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and online reservations to ensure conversion into confirmed bookings.
• Build rapport with guests, understand their preferences and requirements, and tailor recommendations accordingly.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and sales transactions in the reservation system or CRM software.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and guest services to coordinate efforts and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Stay updated on current promotions, events, and local attractions to effectively promote and upsell additional services.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to uphold the brand reputation and guest experience.
