Jaglax Homes in Siolim Goa is seeking a meticulous Reservation Associate to join our dynamic reservation team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional planning and booking services, while assisting customers with inquiries about our offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist customers by providing detailed information about our services.

- Make reservations tailored to customers' specific requirements and budget.

- Check availability based on customers' desired travel dates.

- Help customers plan their itineraries by recommending local attractions.

- Process payments and send confirmation details promptly.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to bookings.

- Promote and upsell additional services or packages as appropriate.

- Guide customers through the reservation process and answer inquiries effectively.

- Support customers with reservation changes or cancellations.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a focus on task prioritization.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Experience in data entry is preferred.

- Availability for after-hours bookings as required.

- Freshers located in Goa are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
