• Reservations: Take reservations for rooms or events, and process them accurately
• Customer service: Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests
• Payments: Obtain payment information and process credit and debit card payments
• Special requests: Assist guests with special requests, such as handling repeat or VIP guests
• Transportation: Help guests book transportation, such as taxis, and provide directions
• Communication: Send and receive emails, and liaise with other reservation staff
• Upselling: Sell products and services, and offer additional services or packages to clients
• Complaints: Handle customer complaints, remaining calm and friendly
• Online bookings: Manage online bookings through the hotel's booking system
