New opening for Researcher waterproofing with top paints company for Tumkur location
Role
The incumbent will be responsible for polymerization process controls and /or optimization, conducting pilot
batches, polymer performance evaluation in concrete and quality of raw material/intermediate/Finished
Product.
Qualifications M.Sc / B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Paints or Polymer or Chemistry or Chemical Technology
with 1-5 years of R & D experience
Previous Experience
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in polymer synthesis, conducting pilot batches,
polymerization process optimization and troubleshooting in process and related
utilities.
Functional Competencies
1. Exposure to polymerization process or synthesis of organic molecules, should
have an understating on process, utilities, raw material quality etc.
2. Exposure to polycarboxylate synthesis for construction applications like
admixture for concrete is desirable.
3. Knowledge on concrete mix design, concrete admixture performance etc
desirable.
