Department : Formulation Technology Transfer (Injectables)
Experience - 2 to 6 Years.
Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Job Profile:
• Review of formulation/process details/development summary for better understanding of new products


• Review of batch size, equipment's and manufacturing area finalized for scale up and exhibit batches


• Ensure timely review of master documents related to scale -up and exhibit batches


• To support smooth execution of scale up and exhibit batches followed by analytical data review


• Batch size, equipment and manufacturing area finalization for engineering and process validation batches as per commercial volumes


• To ensure smooth execution of engineering and process validation batches followed by analytical data review for timely product launch


• Effective co-ordination with cross function team for logistics, documentation and batch execution for timely product filing/launch


• Ensure compliance of cGMP in Formulation development department & Mfg. Locations


• Timely self-training for effective implementation and adherence to systems & procedures


• Investigation and troubleshooting support for resolution of challenges observed during engg./PPQ batches
