##### 3. Research Scientist - Formulation Development
• Location : Gurgaon ,HR
• Responsibilities
Conduct research and development for new product formulations.
Optimize existing formulations for enhanced efficacy and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
• Requirements
PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in formulation development for agrochemicals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for product registration.
