The successful candidate will be part of the Research Operations team that currently sits within Prescient's Commercial practice, although you will also work closely with the India-based DnATech team, which supports the wider business on a number of tech-based initiatives.

About the Opportunity



We are seeking an experienced, well-organised and efficient professional with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for our Research Operations team. As the Research Operations Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for conducting research operations and producing research reports of the highest quality. You will work as part of an India-based team focused on checking quality and managing the production and distribution of market research interview transcripts and content analysis produced by our proprietary tech solution.


• •Reporting•: You will report to the Research Operations Manager based overseas




Roles and Responsibilities




• Liaise with commercial project teams to co-ordinate the production and sharing of transcripts and content analysis from audio recordings of market research interviews
• Coordinate closely with the AI team for each project to recognise project-specific keywords and ensure tech solutions are working as per business requirements


• Edit and proofread transcripts and content analysis to ensure that the AI technology has produced an accurate record of the interview, that language including spelling and grammar are in good shape, and that speakers are clearly identified
• Work to rigid and tight deadlines on the delivery of transcripts and content analysis while maintaining high standards of quality
• Collaborate with the Research Operations and DnATech teams and provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality of outputs


• Manage and co-ordinate the workload of a small team of Research Operations Support executives




Required Experience and Qualifications





The ideal candidate will have:


• A bachelor's degrees in a relevant field (e.g., biotechnology, life sciences)


• At least four years of experience in research operations, content quality supervision, project management, content editing, quality control or a similar role


• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy


• Excellent written and verbal English skills (including good working knowledge of US vs. UK English differences)


• Strong project management and organisational skills, ideally demonstrated in a global business environment


• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word and Excel


• Excellent interpersonal skills and ideally some people management experience


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
