We are looking for a motivated and analytical Research Intern to explore and evaluate various ERP systems available in the market, with the goal of implementing an efficient solution tailored to our internal needs. The primary focus will be on making our processes more robust, streamlining documentation workflows, and reducing the time required for internal handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on ERP systems available in the market, analyzing their features, capabilities, and suitability for our operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand current workflows and documentation processes, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop an implementation strategy to integrate the chosen ERP system into existing operations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact.
• Propose changes to current documentation and internal handling processes to align with ERP capabilities and reduce turnaround time.
• Create detailed reports and documentation to communicate research findings, implementation plans, and anticipated outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in ERP systems and process improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent research and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (Odia and Hindi preferred).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of business process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Exposure to ERP implementation or optimization projects.
• Experience in process documentation and improvement within a corporate or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with data management and visualization tools.
