Job Responsibilities

A. Project Execution

• Develop comprehensive plans to ensure timely project execution.
• Design research tools aligned with the Terms of Reference and technical proposals.
• Coordinate closely with data collection teams to ensure timely and accurate data gathering.
• Analyze data using SPSS/STATA and prepare detailed research reports with evidence-based solutions.
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to support findings.

B. Proposal Development

• Draft compelling research proposals for tenders and RFPs.
• Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to support proposals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture & Rural Development, Public Health, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in computer applications with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preference will be given to candidates with working knowledge of SPSS/STATA.

Period of Engagement:
This is a 2-month internship requiring physical presence in the office. Exceptional performers may be offered full-time positions.
