Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Present lectures on technical and creative topics in an open, upbeat, engaging manner
2. Guide and coach school kids in creating quality work
3. Challenge and encourage students to do better
4. Communicate effectively and proactively with the team members, seniors\' stakeholders in the department being trained, and recruitment
5. Create and improve documentation and written learning content
