Role in brief:- Lead product development initiatives for Air Care Air Fresheners, Production

Research market trends and consumer preferences to drive product innovation Manage product

portfolio and strategy to achieve business objectives. Ensure quality control and regulatory

compliance in product development processes

Responsibilities: -

? In-depth knowledge of fragrance materials, their properties, and safe handling practices, industry

regulation Exceptional olfactory skills with a keen sense of smell, discrimination, and memory.

? Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into Air Fresheners.

? Ability to work independently and in a team environment

? The ability to translate trends and concepts into compelling olfactory narratives.

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

? A passion for fragrance and a relentless drive to push creative boundaries.

? Fluency in English is a must

? Maintaining an inventory of raw materials and ingredients required for formulation development.

? Creation/Formulation new air fresheners products.

? Skilled in Good Laboratory Practice

? Ensuring modifications and improvements in existing products based on customer requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

More than 3 years of experience in product development within the Air Freshener industry. Proven track record of relevant field.

Bachlor in Perfumery or Cosmetics or Chemical Engineering
