The incumbent will work closely in collaboration with Experts and Consultant colleagues around the world as a fully integrated team member on senior-level, international projects. The individual is expected to lead by example.Location: GurgaonYour Future Employer: A leading research and consulting firm.Responsibilities: * Work closely with different team on assignments such as building target lists of companies, identifying potential candidates, and assisting in market mapping and analysis.

• Utilize internal and external resources to comprehensively search for companies and markets, ensuring we target the most relevant candidates for our assignments.
• Provide valuable insights on industry trends and key companies, acting as a thought partner to Experts & Consulting colleagues. Work on search strategy and benchmarking candidates.
• Contribute to building a repository of knowledge on the sector/industry, including creating org charts, managing people moves, and tracking sector movements. Develop specialist knowledge in sector trends, compensation data, and sector characteristics.
• Maintaining business relationships with global technology vendors by regularly participating in briefings and working under the guidance of program/practice area leader to conduct business needs analysis for clients.
• Proactively contributing to IPG client service deliverable projects under the guidance of senior team members and utilise defined research and analytical practices in a team-focused environment.

Requirements: * A deep knowledge of the industrial sector with 6+ years of business research experience and 1-2 year in any industrial sector would be preferable but not required.

• Experience of working on international engagements either in a professional services environment or in an in-house/captive research environment.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
