Research Associate

Job Summary:

The Research Associate will conduct in-depth research, analyse data, and produce comprehensive reports to support our consulting projects. This role involves contributing to content creation, marketing, and sales efforts while maintaining a high standard of documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Research: Perform primary and secondary research on various topics relevant to our consulting projects.
• Report Writing: Craft detailed and well-structured reports that present research findings clearly and concisely.
• Content Support: Provide research-based insights and inputs to content writers to enhance their work.
• Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing proposals for clients and internal projects, ensuring they are data-driven and compelling.
• Policy Analysis: Analyze and breakdown policies and research papers, focusing on international and government initiatives.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and organised documentation of all research activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Marketing & Sales Facilitation: Support marketing and sales efforts by supplying necessary research and analytical data.
• Statistical Analysis: Use statistical tools to interpret data, providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes.

Skillset Expected:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to structure and organise information effectively.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification Expected:

• 2-3 years of experience in a research-related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of conducting comprehensive research and producing high-quality reports.
