This means that you could have a Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field OR have worked in the field OR are just extremely curious about these topics. You strongly believe that children in school should be taught through evidence based educational practices and are surprised that it isn't always. Position Summary

In this role, you will contribute to creating evidences of educational practices for adoption in India. Secondary Research: You will conduct a thorough review of existing research literature to identify relevant frameworks that support the creation of research proposals. This focus on secondary research ensures your primary research activities are grounded in a robust theoretical foundation. Primary Research: You will actively participate in studies conducted at our on-site lab school, Shikha Academy. This includes data collection and analysis, extracting key insights that inform the effectiveness of in-house developed curricula and educational products

Key Responsibilities

? Education research activities include- ? creation of research proposals for impactful educational initiatives. ? development of research instruments and implementation of research design. ? collection and cleaning data for analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods. ? staying current on educational research and best practices ? Working with the other departments (Educators, Curriculum Design, AI & Scale)

Past experience

? Conducted research studies and reported intervention/program effectiveness ? Has demonstrated love for learning & curiosity
