About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Research Associate/Assistant to join our team in Medchal. This is an onsite role that requires hands-on experience in field crops and farm requirements, and various crop-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage field crop operations, ensuring optimal growth and development.

Plan and execute field trials, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.

Assist in research and development activities to improve crop yield and quality.

Maintain detailed records of farm and crop activities for analysis and reporting.

Monitor farm requirements, including irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and equipment maintenance.

Ensure compliance with agricultural and safety standards.

Supervise and coordinate labour activities for daily farm operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in field crop management and farm operations.

Strong organizational and leadership skills for managing labour and farm activities.

Knowledge of modern agricultural practices and technologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an outdoor environment.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
