We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to join our team in developing an innovative diagnostic kit. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Point-of-Care (POC) diagnostic kit development, with hands-on experience in techniques such as Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and validate diagnostic platforms, including LFA and ELISA, ensuring sensitivity, specificity, and reliability.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the accuracy of results.
• Maintain detailed documentation of research processes, experiments, and results.
• Stay updated on advancements in diagnostic technologies and integrate them into development processes.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, research publications, and patent applications.
• Ensure adherence to quality control and regulatory compliance throughout the development process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the development of Point-of-Care diagnostic kits.
• Proficiency in Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) and ELISA methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to diagnostic kit development is preferred.
