About the role:

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in commerce, with relevant experience in finance, accounting, Taxation, Law and other commerce and management subjects. The role primarily involves conducting detailed research and develop content and case studies in commerce subject. Candidates with teaching experience in commerce will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis in finance, accounting, and commerce theory subjects.
- Support the Product Head and related teams with insights derived from study material and other learning materials.
- Collect, organize, and interpret data to help develop open book case studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for research and development commerce related practice tools and learning materials.
- Assist in developing and maintaining databases and documentation for research projects.

Qualifications:
- M.Com / MBA or semi-qualified CA, CMA, or CS.
- At least 2 years of experience in the commerce field (Article-ship period considered as experience).
- Preference for candidates with a background in teaching commerce-related subjects.

Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and content development.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex information effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
